First of all, this product works as described. 100% smell proof. Secondly, the customer service is top notch here. There was a couple of small issues, not only were they promptly solved but I also received a free black aluminum bat for my troubles. Was a user of Ryot for the last decade or so, but trust me when I say if discretion is your main concern you cannot afford to use another dugout.

I had upgraded to a titanium vial since im an idiot sometimes and tapped my hitter against the glass a few to many times. In the process of removing the glass I broke the lid away. Seriously all my bad nothing against the build. Its so awesome that this is provided,very thankful. I started using these dugouts about 3 to 5 years ago and its been a game changer in freshness and function! With how scent proof these are I'll always have one.
