SHIPPING 

Our smaller orders arrive in discreet black poly padded envelopes.  Larger orders in arrive in regular cardboard boxes.

Our return address is listed as UC, LLC. 

ALL US SHIPMENTS RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING AND FREE USPS TRACKING (for our US Customers). 

We ship USPS 1st class Package w/tracking(2-3 business days nationwide) for FREE. We ship out your order the same day if possible or the next day (Monday-Friday). Usually if your order is in by 10am ET it will go out the same day. 

Faster Shipping is available at checkout.  It is available, but please understand how USPS defines their shipping before checking out.   USPS Priority 1-3 business day service (as defined by the USPS) means that the package will be shipped one day and be shipping for 1-3 business days before being delivered on days 3-5 days (depending on service).  USPS does not offer a true overnight shipping option.  Nothing is guaranteed by us or the USPS, those times are estimates.   If you have any questions just send us an email or give us a call. sales@undurcuvur.com or 888.362.5030 (emails receive the fastest response times)

WE SHIP GLOBALLY: International Shipment rates are calculated at checkout. Be aware that you may owe local import taxes or customs duty in your home country.
