I ordered this set, about a week later I emailed the company to ask where it was. Mr. Kurt best answered, and oh boy does he get stuff done. He promptly shipped out my order with a free black aluminum for my troubles. Unfortunately, when I received my products the white aluminum bat I had requested and the sleeve for my dugout was slightly damaged. Que Mr. Best to the rescue again. Shipped out my order priority and I had my replacements in about 3 days. I cannot stress enough how amazing the customer service is with this company. They seem to be a small business, which would explain some of the slight issues we had. I'd still rather have a few slight issues with amazing customer service with a local American company rather than anything else. As for the products themselves I have been thrilled. It's actually smell proof. If you are like me you're tired of "smell proof" products disappointing you. This won't be the case this time. I will say the small grinder is not the way to go with this set, either the deep or the large models would be better for use with the funnel. That being said the two piece 55mm grinder I got with my package is phenomenal. It's very very well made, feels heavy, grinds up nice and fluffy. I window shopped with these guys for a long time, used a Ryot for many many years. This is the best dugout on the market. 10/10 would recommend and would shop again.
